The cover opens up into a "pop-up" card.

This version of the soundtrack of The Wizard of Oz, complete with dialogue, is similar to the older LP releases. In fact, the statement "Based upon the original 1956 album produced by Jesse Kaye" is printed on the back of the cover. The CD was produced by George Feltenstein, and was released by Rhino/Turner in September 1998.
