Definition: an individual that dedicates most of his efforts to promoting, incorporating, and securing the success of a specific idea, initiative, project, service or brand. Additionally, a champion sets himself apart by the fact that he fights for his idea voluntarily, without expecting a reward or compensation for his efforts. Such a person also can’t be stopped when faced with internal or external resistance and will popularize his project inside the entire company, hoping to find support among his colleagues.
