Definition: is the termination of the contract with the defender and the invitation of a new one. The suspect, the accused, has the right to refuse a lawyer or chance advocate in criminal proceedings. Refusal of the lawyer or his replacement should occur exclusively in the presence of the defender after providing the opportunity for confidential communication. Such refusal or substitution is fixed in the protocol of procedural action.
