Definition: is the process of deleting a registered or incorporated organization from an official register maintained by a governmental agency. Such a process may proceed if one of these conditions is met: a) a company has issued a request to be deleted from the registry after it ceased performing business operations of any kind, b) a firm hasn’t filed its accounts and any other required documentation to the appropriate governmental institutions, c) a company hasn’t responded to the statutory agency’s letters sent to the firm’s official address.
