The Alchemist’s outlook is serious; he always dresses in all black and uses a falcon to hunt for game. The Alchemist is also in possession of the Elixir of Life and the Philosopher's Stone. And as you see he is the hero whom Santiago was searching for so long, he is the one who opened the truth.
