Hindley Earnshaw is Catherine’s brother by blood and Heathcliff at the father's inspiration. He hated the second one, and after the death of his parent, "lowered" him to the worker in Grozny, Pereval, without giving education. He was happily married to Francis, who died after the birth of his son Harton. After the death of the spouse he slept, and later lost his estate to Heathcliffe. He is jealous, malicious, aggressive man. By the end of life, he has become miserable and deserted. Hindley Earnshaw dies at the age of 27. It is discovered that Heathcliff owns all the Earnshaw land.
