The Narrator (The Aviator)

The narrator is a grown-up who has childish thinking. When he was younger, his parents told him to give up the hobby of painting because they did not understand its meaning. His first picture was a boa that swallowed an elephant. Nobody could see this from the drawing except the Little Prince whom he met on another planet. He learns a lot from this young boy and the Fox. The narrator symbolizes inner changes of each person. The aviator learns his lessons from practice when he is searching the water in the desert which means that everyone should learn by personal experience.
