This is one more friend of the Proposers. It is just a regular man, who loves his Motherland, with his own thoughts. He expresses them with reference to George Psalmanazar’s story about an obese fifteen-year-old girl from the island of Formosa. He mentions that a lot of gentlemen of the Kingdom have recently killed, during the hunt, almost all population of deer, and he believes that the lack of venison (deer meat) can be perfectly replaced by the meat of adolescents, boys and girls, not younger than twelve and not older than fourteen years old. However, the Proposer does not fully agree with him.
