A hideous monstrous creature who possess a consciousness and can communicate with the world as a typical human being. He is an intelligent and sensitive creature and tries by means of books to learn more about people, their society, and the world in general. But his attempts to become a part of society fail due to his gigantic size and striking ugliness. Isolated and abandoned by his creator, the monster becomes Victor’s nemesis and murders almost everyone he loves. The rest of his life Victor spends trying to destroy the creation of his own hands.
