Helen Burns

Hero of Helen Burns is not dynamic. Why? Because we don’t meet with this girl very often in the book. Nevertheless, she was Jane’s best friend at Lowood school, the one in the world who cares about Jane. That’s why at the same time we care about Helen as much as about Jane. She always seems to be happy, trying not to lose herself in this life. Also, she was pretty, little, kind and loyal. Isn’t it obvious what will happen next? She dies of consumption on Jane’s hands, so we can’t get more information about her life.
