Miss Temple is one of the good characters in the novel. She is kind-hearted, fair and always ready to help all those deprived by destiny girls. She treats Jane and Helen with respect and compassion. With Bessie Lee, she is one of the first good females who appeared in Jane’s life. Finally, poor girl had a model of ordinary women’s behavior. When it was time for Jane to leave the only person she’s going to miss was precisely Muss Temple.
