Mr. Kurtz

Being one of the most significant characters of the novel, Kurtz is a despot and strongly insults values accepted by others. Everybody is afraid of him except Marlow who is obsessed by him. The tyrant has a similar willing as Marlow to travel around Africa. However, his desire has a specific aim to bring the light to those places where there are darkness and dullness.
He is a dangerous person who uses the force to complete his intentions. He hides his real willing besides the beautifully stated opinions. Everyone on the ship is frightened of Kurtz, but no one could stand against.
