A passionate explorer of the Northwest Passage through the Arctic Ocean, Robert is a captain of a ship sailing from Russia. Ambitious and brave, Robert reminds Victor in his pursuit of his aim. When his ship gets trapped in the ice, Robert finds an exhausted and malnourished Victor for him to live a bit longer and reveal his tragic story. Robert is the first and last person to hear about the monster from its creator.
